Situated on a seafront stand, this double-story residence seamlessly blends modern design with breathtaking natural surroundings. This double-story five-bedroom residence is open and modern, designed to seamlessly integrate with its coastal environment. The ground floor unveils an open-plan layout, featuring a Modern kitchen with all essential items as well as a Nespresso coffee machine (Double door fridge and Dishwasher), Scullery, Laundry room (Washing machine and Tumble drier), Spacious living room, Dining room, Braai room with a sliding door, TV room (Smart TV), and a convenient guest toilet. Ascending to the upper floor, The expansive Master bedroom with a King size bed boasts a full ensuite (Bath, Shower, toilet and Basin), complete with a built-in closet section, providing a luxurious and private retreat. Two spare bedrooms (with Queen beds) offering panoramic views of the ocean both with ensuite bathrooms (One with Bath, Basin and Toilet) (The other with (Bath, Shower, Basin and Toilet).
