A 180° sea view apartment in Margate, walking distance to the beach, self- catering, sleeps 8 people comfortable in the 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge. The large patio area has an additional dining furniture and a cosy lounging sofa overseeing the beautiful sea views. There are braai facilities at the communal pool, and a gas braai in the unit, dstv installed, free wifi, 2 free parking bays and close to the main roads and shops. The complex has security and a guard on duty, JoJos for additional water, an invertor for the elevators, a communal pool and kiddies pool. And excess to the beach.

The beach apartment is a family destination. It is our family holiday home. It is now open to other families to create these awesome memorable holidays.
