Laurie's House is spacious double-storey self-catering house, ideally situated in the secure Point Village in Mossel Bay. Point Village is located near to the CBD of Mossel Bay, and is also within walking distance to several restaurants and beaches. The house can accommodate up to 10 guests and contains 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. It has an upstairs kitchenette, and downstairs, there is a large open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area, as well as a TV room. The first, second and third bedrooms each contain a double bed, and the fourth bedroom contains 2 bunk beds. The small downstairs kitchenette features a microwave, a fridge, a mini-stove and oven. There are sliding doors leading to a balcony with built-in braai facilities, outdoor dining furniture, and lovely sea views. The large upstairs kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a stove and oven, a microwave, fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, and a breakfast bar with stools. In addition, the house has a washing machine and a tumble-dryer. There is a 6-seater wooden dining table and chairs in the dining area. The TV room contains a TV with DStv, and opens through glass sliding doors to a patio.
