Lucien Sands 702 is a luxuriously decorated 3 bedroom, 6-sleeper apartment that is in Manaba Beach on the South Coast. This lovely apartment with sea views is a full equipped "home from home that is ideal for the discerning holiday maker.  Lucien Sands 702 has AIR-CON, perfect for those hot summer holidays. Lucien Sands has direct access to Manaba Beach. Manaba/Lucien beach has shark nets as well as lifeguards and is safe for swimming.  A short walk down the beach will bring you to the Margate main beach. Lucien Sands is a well-maintained complex that boasts a sparkling pool, direct beach access and each unit has a lock-up garage. The kitchen and lounge are open plans opening up onto a balcony with a built-in braai. There is DSTV. The kitchen, with granite tops, is fully fitted for self-catering and has a dishwasher as well as a washing machine. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and hand-held shower. Both the second and the third bedrooms have double beds. In the second bathroom, there is a shower. No smoking is permitted in the unit. Please note that the cleaning service you are charged for is for the cleaning of the apartment before arrival and for when you depart. There is an additional cleaning service at a fee on request. Maximum 4 adults and strictly no parties allowed.

Manaba Beach is the seaside village on the South Coast that overlaps Uvongo and Margate. It extends from Lucien Beach to Uvongo. Lucien Beach is popular beach on the north end of Margate Beach. It has shark nets as well as lifeguards which makes swimming safe.  A short walk down the beach will bring you to the Margate main beach. Other attractions include numerous pools that stretch from Uvongo Beach to Lucien Beach and the fishing pier on the edge of the beach. Lillie Crona Avenue is a 2.5km stretch of road along the rocks between these two beaches which is abuzz with walkers, joggers, and cyclists every morning and evening. Uvongo is probably most famous for its picturesque waterfall that plunges into a lovely little lagoon.  Paddle boats and also canoes are for hire on the lagoon. Curios are available to buy or admire from the local craft market on the beach. Ramsgate is nearby where the famous Waffle house is found and the Blue Lagoon Beach. The Blue Lagoon also has lifeguards, shark nets and is safe for swimming. There are paddle boats as well as canoes for hire on the lagoon. There also is a whale viewing deck which is a popular lookout during the whale season of June to October. The South Coast has nine eighteen-hole golf courses as well as many beautiful beaches. Oribi Gorge has the longest zip line in Africa, spectacular views, mountain biking, hiking, and white water rafting. Shelly Beach offers scuba diving and deep-sea fishing.
