A beautifully furnished and well stocked holiday home in Margate. This 3-bedroom house offers stunning views of the Indian Ocean and provides a comfortable and relaxing setting for guests. There are two lounge areas, one with a TV and both have sea views, Wi-Fi is available. The dining room has a ten-seater table and also offers sea views. The two lounges, dining room and kitchen are open plan. Aircon unit between the lounge and dining area Guests can relax and enjoy sun downers on the sea-facing wooden deck outside. This area has a ten-seater wooden table and chairs under an umbrella with a charcoal braai stand at one end. Stairs lead down to a sparkling pool and a gazebo with another charcoal braai area. The kitchen has lots of cupboard space and is fully equipped with a microwave oven and gas hob in case of load shedding. There is a double garage and space outside the garage enough for two cars behind the large automated gate. Bedrooms The main bedroom has a private sea-facing lounge and en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower. The king size smart bed  has Bluetooth and massage facilities. The second bedroom is en-suite with a toilet and shower and a queen size bed. This bedroom also has a sea view. The third bedroom has a queen size bed with a sea view. There’s a separate bathroom and a separate toilet. The house is contracted to "Wolf Armed Security" for immediate security responses.

Margate is a coastal resort town in the KwaZulu-Natal province, about 127 kilometres (78.9 mi) south-west of Durban. The river which flows into the sea at Margate is called "Nkhongweni" (place of entreaty) as the original inhabitants of the area were reputed to be so mean resulting in travellers begging for hospitality. Located on the Hibiscus Coast, Margate is popularly known for its good beaches, especially its main beach, which is accredited with the international Blue Flag status. The Margate Central Business District (CBD) situated between the main road, Marine Drive and the main beach is a lively area filled with many restaurants, pubs, and nightclubs.
