A neat Face-Brick cosy 3 bedroom apartment. With tiled floors rustic modern feel. Drive Tar road up to the property. Very private. Parking for three cars under roof. 3 bedrooms includes two double beds, 2 single beds and a baby cot. 1.5 bathrooms. Main bathroom has a Bath, Shower, 1 Toilets, 1 Hand wash basin. Main Bedroom with Aircon, Cieling fans. Hand wash basin and Toilet. Lounge Cieling fan bamboo furniture, 43" Flat screen TV, with openview channels. Dining room has Cieling fan, Steel & Glass table with 6 Chairs. Kitchen includes, Dbl door Fridge, Box Freezer, Gas Stove, Gas Geyser, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster Cast iron pots, Crockery and cutlery. Lapa with new Barbeque and Pizza oven. You have a huge Parkland area in front of the Lapa and on one side of the house, this makes the property very private. Plenty animals roaming and around the property. All you have to pack is TOWELS AND YOUR GROCERIES. A bonus. Henk Van Rooyen park is 120m from the property with amenities like: The best Restaurant in Marloth park. huge pool lawn lots of shade ,Tables and chairs, Small shop, flea markets, Tennis courts and a great River view.
