Muirfield Cottage is located within the scenic Clarens Golf & Trout Estate. The estate offers beautiful surroundings. Feel free to take a leisurely walk and explore! We’re just a 2-minute drive from the Clarens town square and only 15 minutes from Golden Gate Highlands National Park. While you're in Clarens, be sure to visit the Kgodumodumo Dinosaur Interpretation Centre, a fascinating stop for all ages. There are also plenty of hiking trails in and around the area, with options to suit all fitness levels. Clarens is well known for its charming local shops, excellent restaurants, and vibrant art galleries, perfect for a day of exploring, relaxing, and indulging.
