Bring the whole family to this family holiday home with lots of room for relaxation and fun. The lounger at the picturesque window overlooking the ocean, is the ideal spot to enjoy a book. The patio overlooks the junction of the Indian and Atlantic oceans. If the Westerly wind creeps up to the patio, the courtyard has a cosy area for the braai to continue. The open plan kitchen is designed for inclusive meals with a great view.
Father, Husband, Adventurer. Welcome to Bakgat! It is a very special holiday home to our family. We will love to host you at Bakgat, to experience the mesmerising views and amazing relaxation that is synonymous with Bakgat.
Bakgat is situated centrally between the beautiful towns of L’Agulhas and Struisbaai. In L'Agulhas you can visit the southernmost point of Africa, take a walk on the boardwalk and explore the rich history of the Cape Agulhas Lighthouse. In Struisbaai you will find loads of activities at the buzzing harbour, spend your days on the beautiful beaches and enjoy excellent restaurants. Car, bicycle and walking are all popular ways of transport.
