Boulder Bay is a ground floor 2 bedroom unit. The unit sleeps 6 people comfortably with a queen size bed in the main bedroom and 2 single beds in the 2nd bedroom. The lounge has a sleeper couch that sleeps 2, and there is additional linen for this. It has basic kitchen utensils, washing machine, stove, fridge, air fryer, and a backup power system. It comes with smart tv and wifi access. You have a partial seaview from the lounge and outside balcony, with a lovely view of the garden as well. There is a communal adult and kiddies pool in the complex with communal braai areas on both sides of the unit. The beach is gated and has 300m walking distance from the complex. Walking distance on the promande to the local shops and restaurants. Complex is secured with 24-hour security.
