The Karkloof is largely a farming community with the largest strip of East Coast indigenous bush flanking the hills. Old Pine and Evergreen Cabins are located on our property with crisp clean air, beautiful spring water, star filled skies by night, and abundant birdlife by day, free from noise and pollution. It is close to the Karkloof Conservation Centre which has lovely walks with bird hides, "next door" (thats farm speak), to the Karkloof Canopy Tours for a zip line through afore mentioned forest, and close to the Sappi biking trails, over 200 km for the energetic. The Karkloof Club has a bistro overlooking the polo fields. The cabins are on our private farm and are in a safe and secure environment. We are also on the Midlands Meander.
