Property info

Peace Valley Guesthouse was opened in September 2006 and has been welcoming a wide range of guests ever since from a wide range of countries as well as from South Africa. Napier is the perfect location from which to explore the beautiful Overberg area with 3 National parks as well as the sea and beaches within easy driving distance.

Neighborhood info

Napier is located in the heart of a peaceful and very scenic agricultural area. There are a variety of shops and restaurants/pubs in the village with a small weekly market and also an additional one held once a month by the local Agri grounds. It is a safe and peaceful area with several walks and cycle rides close to the guesthouse. It is approximately 30 minutes drive from beautiful beaches at Struisbaai and Arniston. There are 3 National Parks close by ie Cape Agulhas National Park, Die Mond and De Hoop and the heritage village of Elim which is an interesting Moravian community is within easy driving distance. There is a thriving wine industry in the area with several of the wineries offering tastings, some of which have a restaurant on the premises, also a goat's cheese making farm and a flower farm - both of which offer tours to visitors. Cape Agulhas Tourism office in Bredasdorp can provide up to date infomation on current events and activities in the area.
