Nested in the seaside town of Hartenbos, between George and Mossel Bay. This apartment is located 300 m from the beach and 200 m from the mall. The apartment comprises of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The first bedroom contains a queen sized bed and the second bedroom contains 2 ¾ beds. A double sleeper couch is available in the lounge area. The single bathroom comes with a roomy shower. The living area is open-plan and the kitchen contains a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a stove, an oven, dishwasher, a washing machine and tumble dryer. The lounge has a sleeper couch and a 55’’ Smart TV where guests can log into their own DStv Now or Netflix. Leading out from the living area is an enclosed balcony with a braai area. Stacking windows can be opened to a full sea view. Undercover parking for 1 vehicle is provided. Parking for a trailer available on requested (subject to availability). Free Wi-Fi is available. The apartment is located 30 km from George Airport, just 10 km from Mosselbay, 2.7 km from Langeberg Mall, and 300 m from Hartenbos ATKV and Lifestyle Centre with a variety of shops, restaurants, a Pick 'n Pay, the beach, a children's park and indoor heated swimming pool.
