Situated in the Point Waterfront , a harbor-front property ,1km from uShaka Marine World. The spacious apartment comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 private balconies and an open-plan kitchen and living area leading onto the main spacious private balcony. The first bedroom, which opens onto its own balcony, contains a queen-size bed and the second bedroom, with its own private balcony, contains 2 double size beds. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a fridge, kettle & toaster, an oven and stove, a washing machine and dryer, and a microwave & features a kitchen island. Tea and coffee are complimentary. The kitchen leads to a dining area, a lounge area with a TV with selected DStv channels, Free Wifi Panoramic glass sliding doors lead onto the private balcony. There is 24-hour access controlled security in the building, with 2 underground parking bays . Offers a lovely communal swimming pool on the top floor, 7 steps away from 516. Pool overlooks the entrance to the harbor mouth. Apartment is serviced every day.
