Spacious and luxurious 3 bedroom duplex apartment located in the famous Point Waterfront precinct. Wake up to the sound of cruise liners and magnificent views of the harbour mouth. The luxurious 3 bedroom boasts an upstairs Master Bedroom with full en-suite and a Second bedroom en-suite. Downstairs is the third bedroom with a guest bathroom and separate guest toilet. Tiled living area, open plan fitted kitchen. Communal pool and entertainment area on the roof top.
