I am a seasoned traveler with literally 100's of flights and millions of miles traveled globally. With so much time spent travelling, the best part of my day was entering my hotel room and to find it has been "prepared" with me in mind. Clean linen, spotless bathrooms, clean smell and a soft bed and pillows are not asking too much, it is to be expected. Attention to detail makes it memorable and leaves a lasting impression.
