Riverglades 1 is a family and pet friendly self-catering duplex unit situated in the tranquil area of Ramsgate. The beach is only 200m away to Big Tree Beach, the lagoon and Southbroom Main Swimming Beach. This unit has 3 bedrooms 2 bathroom. The bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the upper floor. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The main and second bedroom share an enclosed balcony. The second and third bedroom share the second bathroom. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. Both bathrooms only have a shower. The unit sleeps a maximum of 6 guests (including children) and 2 small dogs. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything guests will need for self-catering including a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, for guests' convenience. The lounge holds comfortable couches as well as a TV with TV box for streaming packages such as Netflix (however, own login details are required). The unit also has Wi-Fi for guests use. The lounge opens out onto a small patio area with patio table, chairs and a weber braai for guest use. This patio area is enclosed for small pets. There is a lock up garage allocated to this unit.
