This is a modern comfortable self-catering 4-bedroom penthouse which can accommodate a maximum of 10 people and is situated within a secure complex in the heart of Margate. The penthouse apartment is situated in the front block ocean side of the complex and comprises 4 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. The bedrooms are all equipped with air-conditioning. When entering the apartment you are surrounded by space. There is a TV lounge with flat screen TV and comfortable seating as you enter to the right. To the left a small work station, for those needing to catch up on some work. From the entrance you walk through to an open plan area which provides comfortable seating in the living area, equipped with a large flat screen TV, DSTV, WIFI and an Inverter (which powers the TV, DSTV and WIFI for those load shedding blues). The dining area provides seating opposite the kitchen making it a great area dining experience. Both living and dining area open onto a large balcony with 180 degrees sea views. The kitchen is well equipped.There is an enclosed area which also boosts a Jacuzzi to unwind in, all opening onto the balcony the surrounded by magnificent sea views
