Well-equipped apartment with modern finishes within a secure complex. A spacious open plan kitchen-living room, 3 comfortable bedrooms, master en-suite, and additional guest bathroom. Air-conditioning in 2 bedrooms and the lounge (third bedroom with a ceiling fan). A few steps and you're on the beach, the apartment is also within walking distance of the legendary tidal pool. Uncapped WiFi for unlimited users, and a Smart TV for those rare rainy seaside days. Outdoor seating/dining including Weber. Shared swimming pool. *No washing machine* however there are numerous laundromats in the village that offer a handy collection and drop-off service. Strict no noise / no parties policy. If you are looking for a party venue, please look elsewhere! Any guests who do not abide by this policy will be evicted without refund.
There is no on-site management of the apartment (no reception, concierge, porter, daily housekeeping etc.) I won’t be available in person, and prefer communicating through the app between the hours of 8am - 6pm. Feel free to contact me should you require anything.
Umdloti is a rare gem situated between Umhlanga and Ballito. Old-school beach village vibe with modern amenities and superb restaurants, all within walking distance. A supermarket, laundromat, two bottle stores, a butcher as well as unique and interesting boutique stores. Larger malls and entertainment experiences are a short drive away. You can quite comfortably walk in Umdloti- most places are within walking distance of the apartment. Parking within the complex is ample including 1 reserved parking in the basement parking lot, although during peak season parking in the village can be a problem. Uber is also available for those who prefer to catch a ride. Travel time to popular places near Umdloti; King Shaka International Airport - 7 minute drive. Umhlanga - 10 minute drive. Ballito - 20 minute drive. Durban - 20 minute drive.
