Has Solar power plus Beautiful Seaviews of Ski Beach Ramsgate. Large open seafacing yard. Extra Water storage. Swings for kids, Braai and Pool are seafacing. Kitchen and Living areas are well equipped for your stay. 5 Moveable fans. No aircons. We are a walk away from the Beach. This is a Self-catering Private house with no staff on the property. No loud parties allowed. There are House rules to follow. Regards Caroline

We provide few Sundries on your first day stay only so it's important to read all information given to you prior to check-in, So you will know what to bring along. All guests are well informed prior to check-in. I will assist in an emergency. I will not entertain any person or groups who are intoxicated. We charge a Breakage&House deposit prior to check-in which is Refundable subject to our House Rules Terms. No parties allowed. Regards Caroline
Walking distance to Waffle House and Ski Beach, Bars, BP garage,Resturants. Very close to Riverbend crocodile farm. Close to Wild Coast Sun ..Quiet, Clean neighbourhoid. Please be mindful of neighbours. Mr D and Checkers delivers to the house.
