Fully self-catering. Barbeque facility. The property have one set of stairs. Both apartments are situated on the first floor. Only accessible via stairs. Beautiful view over the Bo-Karoo. Free Wi-fi. No load shedding. Airconditioner as well as cooling fan. Big screen TV with DSTV. The Self Catering appartments are situated at the front side of my property. Totally private from my house at the front where our family resides.
I am an Estate Agent also in Orania, Byekorf Eiendomme. I love interaction with people. Orania is an interesting Cultural town and my 2 worlds as estate agent as well as host of my guest house collide. Guests become friends. I love what what I am doing. You will fall in love instantly with the peacefull, safe cultural town. The residents will make you feel welcome. Here everyone greet one another. Interesting coffee shops, restaurants and small shops will keep you busy for a while. You have to try our famous Koeksisters. Remember to book for a free tour around Orania at the Orania Beweging. The tour is about a hour. If you love fishing, go to Sandbaai, next to Aan-die -Oewer. Go and relax at the serene Spa at Aan-die-Oewer and the Restaurant at the banks of the Orange River is a must-do.
Karoosig 4 is a new neighborhood in Orania. It is situated near the medical centre as well as the schools and the Tersiary Centrum, Bo-Karoo development centre. A lot of the parents of the studens stays at my Self Catering accomodation.
