Cosy, neat SELF CATERING guesthouse in a quiet suburb on the North Coast. 10 minutes drive from King Shaka International airport, 5 -10 minutes drive from Gateway and Cornubia Mall. 10 minutes drive to Umdloti and Umhlanga beaches. 20 minutes drive to Sibaya and Sun coast Casino and Entertainment world. 20 minutes drive to Ushaka Marine world. Close to shops, and supermarkets. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. Just a quiet place to rest and recover whilst visiting Durban. A security / damage deposit of R500 is required via EFT/Bank transfer payment prior to check in and will be refunded within 48 hours after checkout into your bank account. Refunds are subject to no damages to any items in the apartment. NO additional guests/visitors will be allowed. Any extra guests will be charged @ a rate of R400 pp per night or @ a rate determined by the Host for the number of days checked in by main booking guest. NO PARTIES/GATHERINGS ALLOWED. No loud music allowed as this is a quiet, peaceful residential suburb. Electricity supply to the Air-con is on a pre-paid basis. Cleaning between stays must be requested in advance and it is at an additional cost as this is a Self-catering guesthouse.
