WELCOME to my self catering / self cleaning unit includes parking for one car in a safe complex and is right near SUNCOAST CASINO. You can walk two streets towards the beach. Leaving all your valuables in the flat and have a swim and come back and start your day. Lots of People walk briskly about 6h30 am. on the beach to Ushaka and back and some ride bicycles. Some bring their dogs for a walk. Some do Yoga and exercise on the beach. We suggest that you go before the sun comes out. so that you can have a great swim and back again in the unit and to have the whole day to do whatever you choose. If you wush to use the pool in the complex make sure you carry your pool swimming caps which is a requirement of the body corporate

I love fun and excitement. and I don't want to miss out in a day. The day never ends without me doing something meaningful. I decided to have a flat in Durban so that when I want to go on holiday, I will have accommodation always available for me and my family. I also want many people to be happy with affordable decent accommodation and they are now able to bring their families to the beach without paying so much. when you are happy than I am happy. But please take care of my holiday home. Treat it with great love and keep all the things good for everyone else after you to enjoy as well. Thank you for being a good spirited individual and taking the time to enjoy your life and making the lives of your family so meaningful and fun. Don't forget to bring your cooking items and spices and groceries for the period you are in the flat. if you don't want to cook, there are food options around the area. so you can come to the flat and sleep then go out and have breakfast at suncoast casino at the Wimpy or in the same street is Pick and Pay where they cook everyday. you can buy food from there.

Our flat is situated in a very central area. We are behind the Blue Waters Hotel in a good complex. You don't have to go far for the activities you see on TV in DURBAN. We have gambling at Suncoast Casino, we have the Beach, 2 streets walk away, we have the stadium, its 5 minutes drive away, we have the Durban Ice Rink. you can walk to the Ice Rink. we are on the same road. we also have the Pick and Pay as a neighbour and further down the road, we have the supermarket the Spar. we have an Indian Bunny Shop above the Spar and a vegetarian take away next to the Spar. There are doctors, dentist, chemist and a laundromat next to our building. At Night, try not to walk around. Be safe at all times. Rather use the MOZZIES taxi services. They are very safe.
