Recently renovated modern self catering Property situated in the Prime North beach area . About 500 meters ( 5 minutes walk ) from marine Parade and blue flag safe Swimming beach . Walking distance to most entertainment facilities like the Suncoast Casino , Mini town for kids and also the popular Ice Rink . Less than 900 meters from the ICC ( Chief Albert Luthuli International Convention Center, less than 2 km from the famous Moses Mabhida and King Spark Stadiums. There are a couple of Supermarkets within a short walking distance various public transport just when you step outside the complex . You can walk ,Cycle or take a Bus on Marine parade to The Biggest water world called Ushaka Marine World. You can go for Kite surfing , Hire a bike at the beach for cycling, Hire skate board, or just join runners and joggers . Lots of excitement for an outdoor person. The complex has 24 hours security at the gate and Guards on patrol.

North beach Durban is one of the most popular premium beach tourist destination in Durban. It's a safest area with lots of hotels, entertainment and Restaurants.
