Roger and Diana took ownership in 1994 and was later joined by their sons David and Anthony in the last 10 years. Being a family business we are passionate about enabling families to have wonderful holidays in our little village. This apartment is in the pristine complex of Tahiti! The large three bedroom apartment leads out onto a great balcony with lovely sea views The complex has a large swimming pool with a thatched boma and superb sea views. *Basic clean is offered every alternative day excluding weekends and public holidays. Basic clean includes cleaning of floors and bathrooms, and removal of garbage bag. One linen change per week is offered on bookings of 8 nights and longer. *Toilet paper is only provided on the day of arrival. *Breakage deposit is refunded 7-10 working days after departure date. Refunds may be delayed during Peak season/ Public holidays/ long weekends. *Lastly, check in times are from 14:00 (except in December holidays at 15:00) . Check out is strictly 10 AM on day of departure. If your arrive Mo-Fri 8am-5pm, please collect keys from our office at 4 Jabu Ngcobo Drive in Umdloti, situated across the road from the Kwikspar Centre. Check in from 14:00 (15:00 in Dec) Check out strictly at 10:00 Instructions for key collection on weekends, Public holidays/ afterhours will be sent once booking is confirmed.

Nestled between the forest and the sea, Umdloti is accessed by one road only and has no high rise buildings. The forest is managed by the Tongaat-Hulett Conservation Trust and the beach boasts two pilot Blue Flags and a proclaimed Marine Conservancy, making it an eco-tourist piece of heaven. Whether walking, surfing or just relaxing on the beach Umdloti residents enjoy a wonderful outdoor lifestyle and a close community spirit. Besides our beautiful beaches we are conveniently situated within a few ours drive of the majestic Drakensburg mountains to the West as well as the Kwa-Zulu Natal game reserves to the North. Not to mention world class gold courses within 15 minutes of our village. We are only 10 minutes away from large shopping centres and very close to the popular Sibaya Casino.
