Tamboti River Lodge is an award winning 5 * luxury self catering lodge on the banks of the Crocodile River. We are located in Mjejane, South Africa's premier private wildlife estate and part of the Greater Kruger National Park. Relax on the main deck, balcony or in the infinity pool while enjoying the view of the Crocodile River and thousands of hectares of open African wilderness beyond. The Big Five (Lion, Leopard, Elephant, Rhino and Buffalo) and many more have all been observed from the lodge.

My wife, Corne, and my passion has always been the African Wilderness. We are currently living in Pretoria but spend every spare moment we have in the bush. We love engaging with potential guests and will happily answer any questions you may have.

Mjejane Private Reserve was voted South Africa's premier private wildlife estate and is part of the Greater Kruger National Park. We are the only private reserve with a bridge across the Crocodile River allowing easy access to the Kruger National Park. The bridge is currently closed due to zoning requirements but will soon be open again.
