Our Bungalow is set in a tranquil property surrounded by forest and is 200 meters from a pristine beach. This is a separate dwelling from the main house. The bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a choice of a King Bed or twin beds. The lounge has a TV with Netflix, DSTV and WIFI. In addition, there is an open plan sunlounge, kitchen and dining room with an expansive view of the sea. The bungalow is well equipped for self-catering. Our swimming pool is available for use and a dip in the pool is a pleasure. This is an ideal rental for a Couple. We are situated 10km from the local King Shaka Airport. We have solar and inverter so there is no load shedding, and we harvest rainwater which is purified through a filter into our taps, so our water is very pure. We recycle all waste in house. We pride ourselves on sustainable living.
I have always been hospitable and welcome visitors to our home and area with open arms. I enjoy interacting when meeting new people especially guests in my home. I am active outdoors and enjoy long walks on the local promenade and beach and forest whenever possible. I also do Pilates with a local Instructor who comes to my home. My husband and I enjoy entertaining at our outdoor area which has a built in Pizza oven and Gas barbecue also available for use by our guests.
The neighborhood is primarily a seaside village and is within a marine reserve. Long beach walks are a must to fully benefit from the unspoiled beach. Fishing, collection of muscles and rolling oysters are popular pursuits. The Coastal forest bordering the property is protected with beautiful bush buck and other wildlife, visible from the designated walkways within. Organised Bush walks can be arranged. The area has ten Restaurants, Eateries and Coffee Shops to choose from with a variety of local cuisine. This village also has a Supermarket as well as a Pharmacy, Gift and clothing stores and two Surf shops for active visitors, A spa for pampering. We have a local doctor and Dischem is handy at Marine walk Shopping Centre. Surf or SUP (stand up paddle board.) Lessons are available. Our house is 5 minutes walk from the beach, and 10 minutes to the nearest cuppa on the beach.
