The Clarens Place is owned by Anban Naidoo, who resides in Bloemfontein. The Operations Manageress-Fiona will be your host while you relax and enjoy your stay at The Clarens Place. She has been in the Hospitality Industry for over 40 years and managed this property for eight years. Fiona is a well known local and has an expert knowledge of the happenings in and around Clarens. She is always friendly and inviting with a vast knowledge of Clarens, the locals, where to eat and just what to do during your stay. Her personality is contagious and her passion for people and the accommodation industry is always noted. The Clarens Place is ideally situated within walking distance from the Village Square, the Brewery, all restaurants and little gift shops, Art Galleries and most fun adventures in Clarens. It is privately managed by an operations Manageress Fiona who will meet and great you and hand over the keys and remote to your "home from home accommodation" 2 types of accommodation offered are ground level Self Catering and upstairs Suite Accommodation. The self catering Cottages are fully equipped, while the upstairs Suites contain an equipped kitchenette. Mountain Views, secure parking, remote access. Relaxing atmosphere and well kept, clean, spacious accommodation make for a great getaway break. All bathrooms are private with large walk in showers and a bath. Barbeque facilities on ground floor ( self catering cottages only). The Suites are ideal if you are going eat out and discover all Clarens has to offer during your stay. The large one bedroom Suites are private, romantic and ideal for a weekend stay. The Clarens Place offers fine linen, thirsty towels, cosy blankets for those chilly mountain nights, bathroom amenities and a Coffee/Tea/Milk arrival pack in the event you arrive late.

Clarens is the jewel of the Free State, a village brimming with many activities to offer which include: Hiking, park Run, Country market, horse riding, bike riding, abseiling, wall climbing, white river rafting, xtreme sports, shopping, wine tasting, cheese tasting, Art galleries, décor shops, various Clarens meander shops, Restaurants, pubs and hubs, wellness and Spa, various seasonal festivals and activities but to name a few. The Lesotho Cultural Village is not far from Clarens. Golden Gate with it's majestic sandstone mountains is a must see for al visitors alike.
