This gorgeous family self catering holiday home is situated 40 meters from the beach. Its the perfect family or friend holiday get away where you can relax on the large deck, stroll to the beach for a quick dip or jump in the swimming pool. Thando works inside the cottage, mornings only. Cleaning dishes, making beds. Elias works Tuesdays and Fridays, cleaning the pool, cleaning the braai's and cutting grass etc. Elias sometimes sleeps over at the property in a separate outdoor room. General house rules: • No Braaing on the deck - braaing permitted on the grass patch close to front door. • No loud noise after 9pm • Please be aware of monkeys • Black bags remain in house or otherwise in green bins at complex • No more than 8 occupants • please don’t lock house keys inside apartment. • Once entry amenities are finished please restock yourselves • Check out is 9:30am Fines will be implemented if rules broken! There is a small completely separate apartment below the main house that sleeps 2 adults and 2 kids on a sleeper couch. Umdloti is nestled along the coast between Umhlanga, Ballito and the New Sibaya development. The house is situated on a quite street on the South Side of Umdloti. Access to the beach and forest is within walking distance. Spot the resident Oyster Catchers on the beach or the cute duiker in the forest. The village is secured by Marshall Security and Elias lives on the property for added security.
