This old sandstone manor-house shares her majestic views over Titanic Rock and surrounding mountains. The authentic Japanese Garden provide total tranquility to every visitor. With 3 private cottages a mere 2-minute walk from the town square, come and enjoy the peacefulness of the village of Clarens. Each cottage is fitted with Smart TV, unlimited Wi-Fi, tea and coffee-making facilities, a kitchenette, electric blankets, air-conditioning, and panel heaters. The property is free from load-shedding and has additional filtered water tanks The rooms are serviced every morning on request. Safe parking is provided behind a remote gate. Clarens is known as the Jewel of the Freestate and its the perfect location close to a range of activities and attractions including Katse dam, Golden Gate, Afri-ski, Mont -aux- sources, Lesotho and much more. Clarens is known for its spectacular sandstone mountains and mild climate.
Clarens is an easy 3 to 4 hour drive for city dwellers from Johannesburg, Bloemfontein and Durban. An ideal weekend getaway, suitable to all tastes, and excellent restaurants to satisfy your culinary tastes.
