I would like to share this tranquil unit with you, where you can feel at home. As soon as you enter you are greeted with an amazing big blue swimming pool, where beautiful weavers nests overhang, surrounded by amazing diverse trees and flowers. You certainly don't feel like you in the city. You have your own private apartment. PLEASE NOTE ! ALCOHOL IS STICTLY NOT ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES.

Peaceful area very centrally located. 5km / 10mins away from Durban’s North Beach. 350m away from Lifestyle Centre. 700m away from The Atrium (Overport city) and Musgrave centre shopping mall. There are some very old Churches. An amazing mosque (Musjid us Salaam). Essenwood park and a flea market on Saturdays. Lots of trendy restaurants and take aways at the Lifestyle Centre. Berea Park Tennis court 150m away. If you enjoy Golf you are within 5km's to enjoy 3 Golf Courses, Royal Durban, Durban Country Club and Windsor Golf Course. Snorkel and Dive, 5kms away at Vetche’s Reef Canoeing, Fishing and Spearfishing (Many Spots) Enjoy Ushaka Marine World for an exciting Water Themepark and Aquarium, Dolphin shows and shark cage diving. Want to go for a run or a hike many options to choose from.
