This small lodge in Komatipoort is 5 mi from the Crocodile Bridge Gate entrance to the Kruger park. Mozambique is just 3.1 mi away and Eswatini 40 mi. All en suite guest rooms are equipped with WiFi, air conditioning and TV. Most rooms are covered by a cooling thatched roof and are located around the outdoor pool in tropical gardens. Breakfasts and evening meals are served in the small licensed bar and restaurant (pre-booking is essential). A selection of excellent South African wines is also available. There are no self-catering facilities on-site. The lodge owners can organize game drives, bush walks, Parkruns, golf and fishing on advance request Trees Too is 62 mi from Nelspruit airport, where cars can be rented. There is free, secure parking for a standard sedan and parking for a trailer should be arranged in advance.

Homely atmosphere, honesty bar, good home cooking (It is ESSENTIAL to reserve a table for dinner in advance. NB We do not have self-catering facilities). Our rooms are small but packed with personality. We pride ourselves on the "personal touch" and offer lots of advice to help you get the most out of your holiday, by organising your game drives, golf, fishing and more (book in advance!) OR simply offering you the best advice for your self-drive itinerary. We employ 9 South Africans. We support local charities including an orphanage, soup kitchen and 2 pre school projects

Neighborhood info

We are just 8 Km from the Kruger park so self drive (we'll advise on a route according to the time of year) or ask us to organise a game drive for you with a qualified (and passionate!) ranger. We are also on the Swaziland and Mozambique border and again can offer advice for you to self drive or organise a tour for you. If you don't want to drive in the Park, have lunch at the golf club overlooking the Croc River, Kruger and Mozambique. If you have lots of energy, then play golf, go fishing, quad biking or for an elephant or horse back safari
