This property is located in the heart of Durban North, about 1km from the beach and less than 1km from a few lovely shops and restaurants (Kensington Square). The property has a deck and a braai area, overlooking a very large pool, that guests can make use of (SWIMMING IS AT OWN RISK). The rooms are all newly renovated, with Sealy Posturepedic beds and pillows, and Volpes bedding. The property has extremely fast wifi (100mbps per second plus). A solar system has been recently installed, helping during no electricity periods. We can however not be held accountable when the area is experienced long power outages. All rooms are air conditioned. There is an electric fence surrounding the entire property, thus it is extremely safe. WE LIVE IN A VERY QUIET NEIGHBOURHOOD, SO NO PARTIES / EXCESSIVE ALCOHOL USE OR SMOKING ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY BY ANY GUESTS.
The host works from home and is available for assistance and questions. She enjoys reading and going for a run.
The neighborhood is very calm and peaceful, as it is locted in a cul de sac (the street is closed at one end) and there is thus not a traffic flow through our street. The neighbours are extremely friendly and helpful! There is a small park at the entrance of our street. WE LIVE IN A VERY QUIET NEIGHBOURHOOD, SO NO PARTIES / EXCESSIVE ALCOHOL USE OR SMOKING ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY BY ANY GUESTS.
