The farm house is a off the grid establishment, powered only by solar and only accessible by 4x4 or high clearance 2x4 vehicles, situated in the middle of nowhere with a view of the barren Karoo landscape that is the perfect for artists, writers or even just souls seeking a bit of peace and quiet. Enjoy the luxurious Karoo comfort and style that is synonymous with The Sauer Group. The farm house with three en-suite rooms, self catering kitchen and living area is the perfect place to enjoy a family break away, artistically designed with a classic feel and modern touches. The modern traditional interior evokes a sense of gathering and family in a very casual, unfussy way. So instead of formal dining rooms with finely detailed panelling like you might find in Modern Victorian, this style with a large well-loved dining table featuring as the focus point in the open plan design that everyone can gather around, making time for what matters
