A comfortable, homely and family friendly three-level apartment right on the beach and in walking distance of restaurants and shops. It features balconies on each level and a roof terrace all with gorgeous sea views and uncapped WIFI. The complex has a generous garden with a large pool and the beach can be accessed by a garden gate. Free garage parking for one car is available on site. The open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area is complete with gas oven/hob, microwave and washing machine. A smart TV with Netflix/You tube is available as well as an honesty library. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, which can be pushed together to make a king bed. Shared bathroom with basin, tub and toilet on the same level. Shower and another toilet are one level up by the roof terrace. Gateway Theatre of Shopping is only 5km away and Durbans uShaka Water World a mere 20km . An array of activities are available in the area, such as golfing and fishing. King Shaka International Airport is 6 km away.
I am German but live in SA since 1997. Married with two daughters I love my adopted country and make the most of the opportunities it presents. My family enjoys the beach and the ocean so Umdloti is the ideal place for us. I love hosting and meeting new people.
The friendly village of Umdloti is peaceful and not as busy as neighboring Umhlanga. Here people still know and help each other. The all year round warm waters of the Indian Ocean add to the lure.
