This recently RENOVATED, FULLY FURNISHED elevated 2 BEDROOM apartment comprises an open plan kitchen and living room with modern bathroom. The verandah areas enjoys beautiful Umdloti sea views. The unit has 1 garage, complex pool, walking distance to beaches, shops and restaurants. No more than 10 minutes away from Durbans International airport. 20 meters from coffee shops, restaurants, laundry and the beach. Quick access onto the promenade for strolls. Communal Swimming pool on site. Must climb stairs, lift available. 1st level Kitchen, dining room and lounge. 2nd level 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom, bath & toilet, 3rd level Shower, toilet Outside seating & braai area. Cleaning fee is strictly an exit clean fee, additional cleaning during your stay can be arranged.
