Please note that a R 700 admin fee (+ZAR 700 taxes and charges) and an R1000 refundable breakage deposit that is not included in the rate per night, and in the property information. A R1000 refundable breakage deposit is not included in the rate per night and needs to be paid before arrival to the property and will be refunded +- 14 working days after departure. This chalet is a studio unit with an open-plan layout. The bedroom contains a queen-size bed with under-base storage and quality cotton linen. The bathroom contains a shower, a toilet, and a washbasin, The chalet opens to a balcony with an amazing sea view. There is a remote fan with retractable blades and 3 light settings, as well as a 40 inch LED flat screen TV. The kitchen has quartz granite kitchen counter-tops with a glass stove-top and oven and gloss finish kitchen cupboards with ample storage including a pantry cupboard and pull-out bin. There is a fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is patio furniture outside.
