Spacious modern family unit with ocean-facing balcony set in a secure complex situated on the beach with sea views and direct access to the Ballito Beach and promenade. Within walking distance to shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and close to Ballito Lifestyle Centre and Junction Mall, good schools and hospitals. Loadshedding Prepared- Inverter and gas barbecue. Please bring your own beach towels.

Feel transported to a magical place as soon as you step into Sunseaker. Leave your worries behind and enjoy the luxury of being so close to the fabulous Indian Ocean! Located in the main hub of central Ballito you will never be bored in Sunseaker. With magnificant walks to chose from, amazing shopping malls, a quirky fleamarket, snorkelling, surfing or simply lazying on the beach, there are endless possibilities a stones throw away! • • The beaches have life-guards on duty, but please check the times • The beaches are protected by shark nets • The dolphins visit every morning, and • Between May and November, the whales visit our shores. Look out for the Humpback, Southern Right, Broeders, and even Orcas. Incredible longer stay, mid-week, and Early Booker options

Cleaning Services: • The unit is serviced once in a week (Cleaning, Linen and Towel changes) • If you would like to schedule any extra cleaning additional charges will apply.
