Villa Araya has a R1000 admin fee and a R1500 refundable breakage deposit that is not included in the rate per night. Villa Araya is a self-catering holiday home in Uvongo within walking distance from the beach and is ideal for a family or group of friends. This house can accommodate 8 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, while the third bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and 2 single beds. They share the use of the guest bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. Crisp linen and towels are provided. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities, and features a centrally located dining table. In a separate scullery, there’s a washing machine and tumble dryer for guests’ convenience. The lounge is furnished with comfy couches and a TV with selected DStv channels. Free Wi-Fi is available. The property has a spacious yard with braai facilities and enough space for kids to run around and play. Guests have access to secure parking. There is also an additional flatlet that consists of two bedrooms and one interleading bathroom between the rooms. There is also a small kitchenette. The flatlet can sleep 4 people. The first bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds.
