White Sparrow Villa is a delightful self-catering retreat located in a quiet cul-de-sac, bordered by parkland and right next to the stunning Kruger National Park in Marloth Park. The house accommodates 6 guests and features 3 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and offers an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, toilet, and basin, as well as an outdoor shower. The second and third bedrooms are each furnished with a queen-size bed and offer en-suite bathrooms fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and come with quality bed linen and bath towels. The kitchen is fully fitted for self-catering and includes a stovetop, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, cutlery, and crockery. The living area features a dining table, comfortable seating, and a TV with a variety of streaming services, including DSTV, Netflix, YouTube, and Amazon Prime. Board games are also available for family-friendly fun. Wi-Fi access is provided, and the property is protected with alarm beams outside and a panic button which is sent to a local 24-hour security company. The house operates on a small solar powered system, except for the air conditioning. We provide 35 units of electricity per day for the entire house, specifically for air conditioning use. If you exceed this allowance, additional prepaid electricity will need to be purchased. During load shedding, the air conditioners will not function, but we have provided rechargeable fans that can last up to 8 hours to help keep you comfortable. Outside, there is a private pool, a patio with seating, barbeque facilities, a misting system for hot days, and on-site parking. Marloth Park boasts many activities, such as mountain biking, spa treatments, birdwatching, game drives, and convenient access to restaurants and shopping centres.

Bush Walking & Bird Watching: Explore the diverse flora and fauna on foot, or enjoy birdwatching in the serene surroundings. 3. Local Amenities: The neighbourhood offers convenient access to shops, restaurants, and essential services while maintaining its peaceful, natural vibe. Guests can find a variety of local eateries serving traditional South African cuisine, and there is also a market for groceries and supplies. The area is known for its peaceful ambiance, making it an ideal place to unwind and connect with nature. However, Marloth Park is also a wildlife conservancy, so it is important to respect the local environment and adhere to the rules and regulations regarding noise and safety, especially around the animals. Due to local infrastructure challenges like weather, cable theft, and factors beyond the owner's control, we maintain a no-refund policy for disruptions to electricity, water, or Wi-Fi services.
