Your home away from home Location: The apartments are in Ndola’s Itawa extension, 10 minutes’ drive from Ndola airport. Driving distances from the supermarkets, shops and restaurants are 10 minutes (to Jacaranda Mall) and just over 10 minutes from the town centre and Kafubu mall. Self-catering: The apartments are newly built and modern comprising two large, 2-bedroomed apartments, each 100m2 in size. The complex is within wall fence with additional electric fencing to provide an utmost feeling of safety. Each apartment has two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and another with a double bed. They sleep a maximum of 4. The spacious living room/dining room has a TV with multiple channels. The high spec kitchen is fully equipped. The apartments provide tranquillity and privacy especially with only two apartments on the complex and one caretaker’s house and lots of parking in the complex. Uninterrupted Electricity and water supplies: The power line is on the same line as the airport therefore electricity is generally uninterrupted, also no water problems due to the borehole. We, the owners, enjoy stays at our apartments when in Ndola. We hope that you will enjoy your stay.

Mwaiseni Maisonettes is a family run business. We love travelling around the world and back home in Zambia with our children. We have done so from when they were young. We also enjoy discovering new places, restaurants and the Arts. We simply appreciate experiencing the everyday life in different parts of the world and discovering places off the beaten track. Over the last years, we have much rather preferred to rent apartments / houses to give us a home-away-from-home feeling on holiday. It is pleasant to have a fully equipped kitchen which gives us the option to either prepare our own meals or choose to eat out. It’s always lovely to have a living room to relax in as well as entertain friends and family. The benefits of on-site staff is a bonus that makes the stay even more pleasant. Based on what we have loved about a home-away-from-home, we have brought ideas we have loved into these apartments. By doing this, we want to provide a similar and wonderful experience for you during your stay in our apartments.

Mwaiseni Maisonettes is located in a new area of Itawa not far from the city and shops. It is recommend to have your own transportation.
