Visiting Tourists attractions is one of our interests. The Zambezi River offers a wide range of beautiful things to see, wild animals like elephants, hippos and the mighty victoria falls.

Tiptree Lodge offers Guests a comfortable experience stay in livingstone. We are located in the CBD and 10 minutes walk into town. It's 15 minutes drive to the mighty Victoria falls. Besides offering accommodation, we have an activities desk where you can book for game drive, sunset boat cruise, Victoria Falls Guided Tour, Chobe Day Trip, Walking Safari and many more. Our agents are available to recommend all available options during your stay.
