Recently re build 1 bed room apartment with a smooth luxurious finish. Very spacious open plan living room, dining area and kitchen. Show casing marble floors and table tops. State of the art appliances including a wine chiller and dishwasher. Very safe apartment blocks well mainteained with 24hour security.
I enjoy trying new restaurants and enjoying the countries flavorsome food. Occasionally i enjoy going to the sports club for some exercise.
The avenues nabourhood is situated very conveniently close the the city walking distance away. There is a shopping center 5th avenue Shopping Center less than 2 minutes drive away thats has all sorts of shops and restaurants and bars. Opposite the apartment building is a sports club that hosts major cricket and tennis events. The club also has a golf course and squash quarts.
