I was offered a room on the base floor and it was great as there was no need for elevators or stairs. The room was quiet and everything worked well: air conditioning, hot shower and comfortable bed. The hotel also has an agreement with the taxi company so it's fairly cheap to go to and from the airport. From the airport it's free and to the airport it's less than 20 BRL.

We loved how clean the room was and the amenities provided. The staff were very kind and friendly and spoke English. Breakfast was a great plus, especially because the dishes offered were São João inspired as we were visiting during June!
