The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The hotel had a gym and a restaurant which was a bonus. The location was good a short grab ride away from the train station and 20 minute walk to a mall and plenty of cafes. I would recommend and stay again.

My recent stay at Ibis Surabaya Tidar was quite pleasant overall. The hotel's central location was undoubtedly one of its biggest assets, making it easy to access various attractions and amenities in Surabaya. Additionally, their commitment to sustainability by offering refills for water in glass jugs instead of plastic bottles was commendable and appreciated. The food quality was excellent, and I particularly enjoyed the Vegetarian and Amante di Carne Pizza, which was truly delightful.
