The staff is awesome, very proactive, especially Siriporn, the receptionist. She saw me with swollen ankles once day, trying to find a taxi, and she helped me find a taxi, bargained with driver, and told him where to go. This is what I call going above and beyond to help a guest. One does not need to cross the road to Emporium's Starbucks for coffee, the hotel's bar/coffee place has excellent coffee and pastries. The rooms are super clean, the housekeeper too is always smiling. I cannot asked for more.
