the staff were amazing. they had just experienced a kitchen fire three weeks before our arrival so unfortunately the dining room was closed. they took great care of us and made breakfast arrangements at a nearby hotel. we could just imagine what the ambiance would have been had they been fully operational. would love to return just to see how they are making out. one if the nicest and warmest experiences we have had.

Perfect for our one night stay in Cheltenham. Check-in was easy, the staff were really welcoming and kind and the bed was very comfortable. The location is ideal, right in the heart of Cheltenham, opposite a nice park and in an area with plenty of places to eat and drink.

We loved everything about our stay here! It was perfect and cozy and charming, and everyone who worked here was so kind! We had dinner, drinks and breakfasts in the pub downstairs and loved all of it. Would absolutely stay here again !!

Everything was great, to be honest. The breakfast was very good, staff was very friendly. Comfortable and big room. Beautiful small town, that you can explore walking. We had dinner twice at the pub and food and environment was lovely. We would repeat for sure!
