Steve and Toshi were amazing. Dinner was fabulous. Breakfast was the best I have ever had. They have a great chef! Thoroughly recommend the mushroom and truffle Arancini for a starter for dinner and the mushroom toast for breakfast. The rooms were clean and comfortable ! Loved it and Tavistock !

Best pub I have stayed in for years! Rooms situated in adjacent cottage so very quiet. Rooms spotlessly clean and comfortable. Pub served good beer and food in clean and friendly surrounds. Food was of a high standard with a great breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Great staff and great location food was great too

In Hope Cove fishing village, the Hope and Anchor Inn features excellent sea views and fresh seafood. It has a bar and restaurant, and is opposite the beach.
