The room we stayed in was very large and the extra sitting area was comfortable. The views over the town and the mountain were excellent - including from the bathtub. The hot spring tub was large and very relaxing, it was awesome to have that in the room. Location was convenient with a short walk from the train station and many convenience stores nearby. Note that this room is in the older part of the hotel so breakfast and spa are in the other building (separate Booking listing).

Staff extremely helpful, free parking, great for kids (playroom + Legos in the lobby), good breakfast.

Great location, you have everything around. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. There are many restaurants and bars around. The staff didn't speak English but they did their best to accommodate me, they were super kind, polite and helpful.

We booked this last minute after our other booking didn't have power. It worked out really great! It was in an excellent downtown location close to the night market, but our room was quiet for sleeping. They let us park our car in the nearby driveway. The room was spacious and beds were comfortable, we had 1 large bed + twin bed. Our daughter enjoyed a thermal soak in the big bathtub.
