Great location. Staff at front desk was super helpful with the check-in kiosk, in helping me get a cab at peak hours, (calling a cab on line for me and personally ensuring that I got into the cab), compassionate when I had a mixed-up moment, and reassuring me that he would get a cab in time for me to get to the great event (golden horse movie award). He went over and beyond, I felt well taken care of during my stay. Very grateful. The room was clean, comfortable with a modern design. Great view looking out at Taipei 101!

LOCATION. Walking distance to Taipei 101 and shopping district. BIGGER (spacious) ROOM than most hotels in Taipei, and the room has a small balcony where you can see, partially, the Taipei 101 tower. CLEAN. BED is comfy, and large. Hotel reception are professional to deal with it, as well as the breakfast restaurant, well-managed.

My hotel choice when I go to Taipei. This is already my 4th time to book in this hotel. While I noticed that on this stay, cleaning is not done daily already, it still works well for me as towels are changed and garbaged are emptied out, daily. Breakfast is also a plus. What I like about it though is the convenience to access train station and there are many big brand shops, whole in the wall eats around the hotel.

Very near the taipei 101 very close to mrt station and very accommodating staff. The rooms are big enough for us to move around. Very clean and secure.

The location was super convenient, close to night market, 101, 7-11 and supermarket. Room was clean, water pressure was great! They provided small fridge in the room, microwave and free instant coffee in the lobby.

Location is perfect, in the middle of ZhongXiao Dunhua, many hipster cafes, boutique shops and bars around. Specially perfect for going out and partying, there´s even a club and a KTV on the same building! The hotel is modern on style, clean, very comfy beds and good shower. I would recommend it for young travelers and party goers who want to be on the zone.

top class location short 5 mt walk from WTC Taipei 101 and a 10 mt walk to metro/MRT. easy to commute w well connected and clean MRT. Everything in the property and breakfast were good. the staff friendliness and helpfulness is exceptional.

This hotel is completely gorgeous, the design of room is so thoughtful with beautiful mid century style wood accents, a large bathroom with a shower and bathtub, a fancy heated toilet, and delightful L’Occitane toiletries. Our room had a balcony with a gorgeous view of the cultural park and Taipei 101. Having all the great shops and the AMAZING bookstore inside the building was also so fun! And breakfast was absolutely incredible both days, from the scallop and abalone congee to the perfect smoked salmon and everything in between.
