Room Quality: The rooms are clean, modern, and nicely designed. While the size is compact, they are highly functional and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Staff & Service: The staff were excellent—friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. Their hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable. Facilities: One of my favorite features was the laundry area. It’s such a thoughtful addition, especially for families or longer stays. Value for Money: This place is a gem! For the price, you’re getting top-notch service and facilities—definitely a 10/10 for value.

On the first night we noticed that the shower drain was plugged and the bathroom was flooding, we notified the front desk and someone came up immediately to check on the issue. They gave us the option to wait until the morning to get a plumber in or an upgraded room at no extra cost. It was also a very smooth process to extend for 1 extra night. Location is within 10-minute walk to Taipei Main Station.

Amazing hotel not far from Night Market and walking distance to Taipei Main station or Zhongshan. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Very quiet at night

The hotel is near the Taipei bus station. And actually the underground connection corridors are very close from the accomodation to the MTRs with the particular escalator (we found it out on the last day! Shame!). So recommend to ask the info desk near the Moss burger shop on the first day. Underground pedestrian path is bit tricky to navigate, but less wasting time if you know. Room is clean and spacious with the balcony, could see 101 tower in far end from the balcony. Felt good sequrity with two females.Lots of shops. Good quality tea coffee pack supplied.

We booked a Superior Double Room. Although it was on the small size, we were happy with it. The bed was wonderfully comfortable. Everything was clean, fresh and new. The staff and the location were great, too.

Great location by main station (train & metro), excellent buffet breakfast and lovely junior suite. Really appreciated the luggage storage on our last day as we had a late flight out of Taipei.

I like this hotel very clean and good place.very near from train station .specially Fan Lin is very cooperative guy and hotel staff also very kind Speak english very well.

Due to our flight delay, i wrote the hotel before and the receptionists were waiting for our check in at around 4 am. The check in and check out too just a few minutes. The rooms are nice and spacious comparing to many hotels in Taipei. Hair dryer, slippers, shampoo and shower gel are provided. You can also get drinking water (with your own bottle) in the common room. This hotel is located right next to Taipei main station which is so convenien to travel around. There are many local food shops nearby. Even the famous first bubble tea brand is located in the shopping mall next to hotel's building. The hotel's staffs are friendly and you will get the prompts amswers if you write them questions via emails or messages. With this budget, i really recommend this hotel. And of course, we'll stay at this hotel for our next visit.

The hotel is 3 blocks away from Taipei Main Station, Airport Express, and Beimen Station. I visited Taipei thrice, and for a budget friendly hotel, this one is pretty clean, big, and comfortable!
